A Path of
Power & Presence
Hi, I'm Aodaoin
I change women's lives.
I change women's lives by holding the space they need to step into their next evolution. They already know what needs to change — really, they do. What I bring is the energetic field and the support that makes it possible to actually move into bringing that change into lasting, nourishing being.
I've spent over twenty-five years in this work. What I know, from watching the same patterns over and over, is this: insight alone doesn't do it. Women can spend years in therapy, trainings, modalities, healing sessions — and still circle the same issues. Not because the work wasn't real, or the healing didn't happen, but because they couldn't let the energetic change land. Couldn't let it move into how they were actually living.
That's the threshold I work at. The place where what you know to be true has to become what you live.
This is My Story
Â
I'm Irish, and the ancient energy of this land runs through everything I do. The connection to earth, to seasons, to ancestors — to a way of being that is built on rhythm rather than hustle — that is in the very bones of how I live and how I work. It shows up in the quality of what I hold for the women I support.
Dragons have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I work in collaboration with them — primarily the Divine Dragons — and with the Divine Feminine, and with the lineage I carry from this land. These are powerful presences, and they bring a quality of perception to the work that is, genuinely, unlike anything else I've found.
I'm also a woman in a full life. A family I love, a body I'm learning to trust more, a commitment to building something sustainable rather than something that runs on over-giving. I know what it is to be capable and resourced and still find yourself making the same compromises. I'm not above any of it. But I know what moves it.
How I Work
Â
A lot of my work is making space where there wasn't any. Clearing out what doesn't belong to someone, what they've been carrying out of habit, what's been running beneath the surface, keeping their power in a shape that no longer fits.
What I've found is that change doesn't have to mean upheaval. The physical body adjusts to energetic shifts gradually — and that's not a limitation, it's how it works. The aim is incremental change that feels uncomfortable but possible. Leaning in without blowing things up.
I'm not afraid to say the hard thing in a session. I'm equally not afraid to say the gentle thing. There's a firmness to how I hold the work, and a safety in it at the same time — and that combination is what makes real movement possible for the women I work with.
This is not coaching. I work at the energetic and structural layer beneath strategy, beneath mindset, beneath execution. What changes is the architecture from which everything else organises — the inner authority from which decisions get made, boundaries get held, and expansion becomes possible without unsustainable cost.
The women I work with are resourced — in time, in capacity, in the willingness to be with discomfort and let it move through rather than around. They're not looking for a magic wand. They're looking for support that can match the scale of what they're carrying and what they're building.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
What Others Have Shared
"This wasn't coaching. I've done a lot of that. It also wasn't therapy. I don't need therapy. It was more like being in a room where I didn't make myself small. I didn't realise how often I was still doing that — in meetings, in my relationship, even with friends who earn less than me. I'm not doing that anymore. Or if I start to, I catch it faster."

"I don't really know how to describe this without it sounding dramatic, and it wasn't dramatic. That's the thing. Nothing exploded. My business didn't 10x overnight. But I stopped feeling like I was secretly about to be found out. I run a large organisation. I'm used to being the one holding everything. Being in this space felt like someone else was holding it all for once. I didn't realise how tired I was of carrying it alone. "
