The 40-minute (approx) transmissions will be delivered to you via email as a downloadable MP3 file and there will also be a PDF file.

You'll receive that after checkout.

The transmission will contain some spoken words from me, and some quiet music. All of it will contain energetic transmissions, so you'll need to listen at a time where you can relax and receive without distraction.

The email with the transmission will contain guidance on how to set up your space and how to work with the material.

Anyone who is:

• Prepared to step into a powerfully supportive energetic space and take responsibility for their own energy within it.
• Willing to be curious about their own patterns, and to commit to healthier ones.
• Willing to be patient with their own process and not have specific outcomes set at the beginning.

Anyone who is:

• Placing too much expectation on this as a quick-fix or cure-all. I do understand, it's so tempting to just have one quick transmission and it's all good. But that's not our incarnated selves work, especially if this is a pattern that's ancestral as well as part of your own lived experience.
• Expecting specific and immediate outcomes in order to show that it "worked." You'll need to be able to show up for yourself differently. What if your expected outcome is way smaller, less generous, and more limiting than what is actually possible for you?
• Not willing to do the after-care. This transmission will work energetically immediately and with definite results. But if you want to see tangible, physical results in your life, you have to work with all of you. And if you're not ready to do that, that's more than ok, but please don't waste your precious resources on this. 

As many times as you want! But I invite you to allow 7-10 days of integration and reflection time in between receiving.

It's ideal to receive these transmissions (and the 1:1s) several times, because you are starting from a new place each time: new insights, fresh energy, deeper understanding. 

Show up for yourself. Be curious, be open to wondering how you might begin to think and feel differently.

Listen to the recording, and allow yourself integration time before listening again. 

 Be present when you listen. No multitasking, no scrolling, emails, or other things going on. This is to be uninterrupted time for yourself, just as though we were in the same room together. You deserve to be able to relax and receive as deeply as possible, and you can't do that if your focus is divided. You might fall asleep, and that's absolutely fine too. Sometimes our conscious minds get in the way so they get "switched off" by the energies. You'll still receive everything, and you can always re-listen to the recording if you want.

Choose to actually receive the insights. Writing them down one time and then going back to your old habits is not receiving them, it's just observing them and going back to what's familiar. Instead, choose to make changes based on those insights. You can receive the transmission energetically and do nothing much more in the physical realm. Or you can receive the transmission, let it settle, and then gently begin to choose differently in the physical. It's entirely up to you. 

These are general and widespread patterns within the human consciousness at this time, so each one of us is impacted by them to a greater or lesser extent. Disengaging or "breaking" away from them allows for a much greater degree of freedom in our conscious and unconscious choices. Through repeated receiving of the transmissions and working on your own responses, you will notice a significant difference.

But because these are focused on more pervasive and common general patterns, they will not have the same laser-focused target as a 1:1 session, where we've found a specific core pattern that's unique to you in this incarnation. If you feel that's going to be more useful to you, I'd encourage you to book one of those sessions instead.
